How Crypto Donations Will Be Handled
We are excited to accept cryptocurrency donations to support our mission of purchasing and donating an ambulance to Ukraine. Here’s how we will manage and transparently handle your crypto contributions:
1. Multi-Crypto Asset Wallet
We will set up a multi-crypto asset wallet to accept donations in various cryptocurrencies. The addresses for each type of crypto we accept will be published on our Donations page here for your convenience.
2. Regular Transaction Updates
We will regularly update donations received by crypto on our Transactions page here by publishing the transactions directly from the blockchain. This will provide full transparency with regards to crypto that is collected.
3. Conversion to GBP
Periodically, the crypto donations will be sent to our Coinbase account. All conversions on Coinbase, as well as transactions to our Coinbase account, will be made public and displayed transparently on this website. The funds will then be converted into GBP and paid directly into John’s charity bank account.
4. Full Transparency
We are committed to transparency. All crypto transactions, conversions, and fund transfers will be visible on the public blockchain and regularly updated on this page. This ensures you can track and verify how your contributions are utilized.
